A patient I visited this morning has been diagnosed as COVID-19 infected (I’ve equipped up during the visit; Finger crossed!). I also heard that infected people in St Richard Hospital too. The virus has been around us already. So be careful and self-quarantine as much as you can.
A buffet party to celebrate the Health Qigong Class 3rd anniversary is going to be held on Thursday 5th Mar 2020 at 7pm at the Blue room in the Fishbourne Centre. All the old, current and new members are welcome.
This Thursday, we will continue review Da Wu and Tai Chi 24 in the first half; then rejuvenation Qigong in the second half.
For the rejuvenation qigong, we are going to learn ‘eyes exercise’. This exercise has functions of treating or preventing from presbyopia, cataract, eyes pain or tiredness. People who have such problems or want to prevent from them and keep their eyes sharp and bright would get benefit from doing this exercise daily.
