  1. Did you know that if you leave ordinary mushrooms on a sunny window sill for a couple of hours before using they increase their vitamin D content apparently by over 200%. Best to put them gill side up. Since we’re all supposed to be short of vit D after the winter and it helps fight off infection, it seems an easy option!
