Due to the 2nd national lockdown that will take place on Thursday 5 Nov for 4 weeks, the Health Qigong Fishbourne class will have a break over the period. The class will run as normal again after the Centre reopens and the class is allowed to run. I am sorry for this.
I hope all our members are able to practice health qigong exercises at home following the videos on the ‘Resource’ of the website. I look forward to seeing you all again after the lockdown is lifted up.
This Thursday, we will keep practicing Mawangdui and LGSBF-P3 sets as well as rejuvenation/self-healing exercises. Everyone is welcome to join us.
Last week, besides the two sets of health qigong we’ve performed, we also practiced the self-healing exercises of neck, shoulders, abdomen, ears and eyes.
This week, we will continue to act the above. Welcome to join us.
This Thursday, we will continue reviewing Mawangdui health qigong and LGSBF-P3 to exercise our bodies and build up our immune systems. I look forward to meeting you on Tursday at 530pm.
This Thursday, we are going to perform Mawangdui Daiyin exercise and Lian Gong Shi Ba Fa Part 3. Everyone is welcome to join the class.
After a 5-month lockdown, the Fishbourne Health Qigong Class reopened on Thursday Aug 13th. The Class is running as usual now on Thursdays at 5:30pm at Fishbourne Centre. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Join me to practice health Qigong together then.
Location: Zu San Li (ST36) is located four finger widths down from the bottom of your knee cap, along the outer boundary of your shin bone. If you are in the right place, a muscle should pop out as you move your foot up and down. https://exploreim.ucla.edu/self-care/acupressure-point-st36/
Where can you buy a moxa stick?
A patient I visited this morning has been diagnosed as COVID-19 infected (I’ve equipped up during the visit; Finger crossed!). I also heard that infected people in St Richard Hospital too. The virus has been around us already. So be careful and self-quarantine as much as you can.
This is a good way to keep away nasty virus germs.
